Report a suspected vulnerability privately to info@zenitgroup.com.co with “Earthquake24 Security” in the subject line.
Include a clear description and reproduction steps. Do not access unnecessary personal data, disrupt the service, perform denial-of-service testing, use social engineering or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
We will acknowledge valid reports when operationally possible.
